Q: If I order today when will I receive my order ?  

A: Your order receives our attention as soon as we receive it and will be selected, checked and packed as soon as we have confirmation of your cleared payment. We aim to post the same day, orders received before 3pm.  Order received over night, the weekend or on bank holidays will be posted on the next working day.

Q: How do I know that your site is secure ?

A: Firstly, we use Pay-pal's Professional Management system which works behind the scenes. You do not have to have a Pay-pal account to use it. We do not see your banking details. We receive from Pay-pal your name and address and confirmation of payment, enough details to process and deliver your order.

Secondly, we us the industry standard 128-bit encryption, look for the golden padlock in the address bar when you go to pay.

Thirdly, we do not plant cookies, and retain enough details of the transaction to keep legal accounts. We do not sell or pass on to any third party, any of your details which are kept on a secure server and can not be stolen nor left in a taxi.
